| This keynote speaker is not alone in celebrating his open accomplishments. Colleen Kirsten, an American Indian Studies field from the University of Washington, is employed alongside her as a keynote conference speaker. Colleen feels that by existence at the site and acquisition firsthand from descendents of the speakers that first populated the world. she understands the indigenous story and society better. The rituals and legends that are shared and then tried out go substantially beyond what was doable in the classroom. I specifically chose to come to this earth edifice not because of the exotic location, but because I seek to further understand the collaborative relationship between archaeologists and the Solo, the First Nations group who hit inhabited the Fraser River Valley for thousands of years. Not surprisingly, Professor Bonk finds this project the ideal summer getaway for a e-learning keynote speaker. |
